What do we need for nostrification?
- Certified copy of the high school diploma / degree
- Translation of documents into Czech (certified by a translator)
- Certified copy of the diploma supplement / certificate with a list of subjects and the number of hours
- Copy of passport or ID card
- Proof of payment of the administrative fee (if required)
